The product is unused and unopened, returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used food items due to hygiene regulations.
Customized or private-label products.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, email info@bitepep.com with your order details and proof (images).
Refunds are credited within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
Damaged/Defective Products Exchange/replacement will be delivered in 7-10 working days
